Mission American Kitchen first opened the doors in the beloved IDS Center over 15 years ago and has since become the business lunch capital of Downtown Minneapolis. Mission is focused on consistent, fine, fresh and sophisticated dishes for any occasion. All of which, compliments our extensive wine list. Kara is our Assistant General Manager joining the team in Fall 2018 after years in the high-end fashion/retail management and luxury spa design/development industry. Her mission (at Mission!) is to make warm and lasting connections and orchestrate an environment that staff and guests choose to come back to again and again.

Cory is our Executive Chef at Mission, joining our team Fall of 2019.  He comes from an extensive fine dining background. Received his culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute in New York. His daily specials are inspired by fresh, local meats & seafood.
